These perpetrators aren't people anymore, they're animals. Death is too good for them. The victim will never be over this. Cutting the scalp all the way to the bone will leave a scar and depending on the cut, he may never grow hair there again. This is not something he will ever get over, physically or mentally. You can't defend these animals by pointing out other crimes.
