I heard this type of speech decades ago and Bono is focusing on the Richer countries not trading with Africa or placing tarrifs on the produce. They then see people starving and dump there excess food on to the local market thus making the local market collapse...

Why buy food when it is coming from the aid agency for free... So now more people live in poverty...
