where? i’ve read the indictment…they outlined a lot of stuff in there…but where’s the crime? The grand jury has already decided otherwise... the judge and - perhaps - any subsequent trial jury - will decide whether the grand jury was right.

haha of course the crime has to be listedNo, it does not have to be listed in the indictment, nor should it be. Why would Bragg box himself in? It will be demonstrated during discovery and litigated during the trial. It is contained within the Statement of Facts.
The motion to dismiss is certainly coming. The judge, if he's really crooked, will dismiss the indictment with leave to amend and allege a specific crime. Then why did the grand jury decide to press forward? Why did the judge allow it to get underway? Why didn't he grant a motion to dismiss?
The entire purpose of an indictment is to give notice to the defendant what the charges are. Our entire system is based on a system that does not allow secret charges. No, it does not have to be listed in the indictment, nor should it be. Why would Bragg box himself in? It will be demonstrated during discovery and litigated during the trial. It is contained within the Statement of Facts.
It has been stated at least a dozen times in this very thread. The crime Cohen pled guilty to and served time for. Tax fraud as well. What crime?
The crime is listed you stupid prick, falsifying business records in the first degree. Hell, it is listed 34 FLIPPIN TIMES.haha of course the crime has to be listed
what do you think the point of an indictment is??
And the indictment did list the crimes, what it did not do is note the crime that underlies rising the misdemeanor to a felony. Those are noted in the Statement of Facts. I mean can you people not read the damn indictment and Statement of Facts? The entire purpose of an indictment is to give notice to the defendant what the charges are. Our entire system is based on a system that does not allow secret charges.
haha an indictment is suppose to give notice of how that was violatedThe crime is listed you stupid prick, falsifying business records in the first degree. Hell, it is listed 34 FLIPPIN TIMES.
If you see an underlying crime what is it since you are the only one who can.And the indictment did list the crimes, what it did not do is note the crime that underlies rising the misdemeanor to a felony. Those are noted in the Statement of Facts. I mean can you people not read the damn indictment and Statement of Facts?
That's a misdemeanor and the statute ran years ago. What's the other crime? The crime is listed you stupid prick, falsifying business records in the first degree. Hell, it is listed 34 FLIPPIN TIMES.
You lost AGAIN?Trump faked taxi medallions? They could have just said so.
You're interpretation of the charging sentence below is incorrect. The phrase another crime is referring to the falsification of records on February 14, 2017. By writing "with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof" is what makes the falsification of records a felony. In the charge he does not mention election fraud because he is not charging the defendant with that. However it is the crime that caused the defendant to commit this crime.Bragg has charged Trump with falsifying business records (a misdemeanor past the statute of limitations) and the “intent to commit a future more serious crime” (the unarmed felony).
Trump has a right to know what this unnamed future crime he intends to commit is. Otherwise, the Democrats could arrest me, and every Trump voter, on the grounds that we intend to commit a felony in the future.
The case against Trump is unconstitutional and should be tossed. Bragg should be disbarred for using the power of his office, along with his personal hate for a citizen, to violate that citizen’s Sixth Amendment Rights. And Biden should be insisting on that, instead of that evil smile when asked about it.
