Our system is based on legal protection for the accused and the accused is promised a rigorous defense as well as the presumption of innocence until proven guilty.. Trump hasn't had his chance to present his defense yet... When he does all of these cases will be dismissed.... or appealed successfully...That's for Trump's jury to decide.
