In fact, I know a guy who was a victim of this twisted crap about 40 years ago in Los Angeles while he was in foster homes and a juvenile detention facility.

They started giving him the estrogen when he was just 10 years old. The pimps give the boys estrogen because it makes changes to the boys' bodies that certain types of perverts find desirable.
