I've asked but apparently there is no cause of action concerning the government harassing you for your exercise of a Constitutionally protected right when they don't like you being lawfully armed. I've been told that the "only" protection that the 4th amendment provides is the exclusionary rule, that it doesn't nothing to protect one from arbitrary and capricious searches and seizures that violate the right of the people to be "secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects..." because specific government employee don't like the fact that you exercise your second amendment rights:
