I've never gotten the flu shot, either, and I never get the flu! In fact I don't think I've ever had the flu, my whole life. And I rarely get sick with even the common cold, especially since I changed my diet 4 years ago. Instead of educating people on how to be healthy, their M.O is keeping us dependent on vaccines, pharmaceutical drugs, keeping people sick and obese and dependent on them, rather than taking ownership of our own health, as people should. People need to wake the hell up, and quick. The people behind all this are the last ones who should be trusted.

I've gotten the flu a few times.........got hit this year in January but still not sure it was the flu or this new BS............... I don't do the shots...........

My dad did the shots a long time ago......got the Flu........got pneumonia..........got over the pneumonia but couldn't survive the aftermath of the steroids and his emphysema.

He was on oxygen before getting the Flu already.....which is what killed him......in the end.

Had this happened today..........they would have defined it as COVID......and charged Medicare the higher rates for his 3 days waiting to die in the hospital.........As it was even in the late 90's......they charged WAY TOO MUCH MONEY.......

They once did an experiment..........10 people would go into a room and it was full of Cardboard boxes.

The only thing the 10 people would do was to choose the largest box in the room.

What 1 of them didn't know is 9 were not the experiment and he was the only one being tested.........

The largest box was easy to see.......even though one box was somewhat close to it's size............

I use to catch the flu all the time and one year I got really sick....8 days of fever and weeks of coughing afterwards....the next season I got vaccinated because my ex wife was a infectious specialist nurse in our medical center....so she gave me the vaccination every year and still does today....

I haven't had the flu since...not once....one year my crew got the flu one by one..and it spread through my office like wildfire...I was the only one that didn't catch it and I was the only vaccinated person in the building.....

No one will make you get vaccinated if you choose not to....so why are you so intent on scaring others?.....

Now they are saying the antibodies only last a few months. Beats me. Doesn't speak well for the lasting effect of a vaccine either. Hope that is incorrect. Hope they actually come up with one that works without doing damage to something else you need. If they do, I'll line up and take it after it is proven safe.

Guess I am just Mr Natural. I am not seeking peak performance, just general good health based on lifestyle, decent variety of food and staying active. Seems to work for me. Never got into supplements above and beyond a reasonably healthy diet. I know it works for many and I might have to at some point if my body quits making what I need from what I eat. I do not want to train my body to need supplements or drugs any sooner than I need to. Pretty happy about turning 66 in a couple of months and not needing anything other than what I am already doing.

Peak performance declines with age, unless you push it you will end up old. Nothing comes from nothing, I am 55 and deadlift over 400lbs, 20 to 35 year olds just walk away and scratch their heads. Rode 40 miles this morning, I couldn't do that when I was 20...........................

The entire population doesn't have to be vaccinated for the vaccine to do its job in killing off the virus...so if you are the type that reads fear porn sites about modern medicine you can remain ignorant and decline to get it....should be clear enough...
