On the advisement of CDC, he issues Health Emergency on Jan 31, even there were only few cases in whole country.
For whole month, left was screaming at him how he's racist and how he over-reacted, because up to Fabruary 28, there were only 14 COVID-19 cases in USA, they were telling people live normal lives, go on subway, not to worry, celebrate Chinese New Year, etc.
When cases of COVID-19 started to rise, and CDC released their models (based on models from China, Italy, and Spain, which were wrong, even for their situations) where hundreds of thousands would die, left turned the page and start blaming Trump for not reacting soon enough?

Its ok to be in opposition to banning travel from just ONE country, because banning travel from just ONE country does almost nothing to protect a population during a pandemic.
