God help us if we ever let a president appoint his own brother as A.G. like they did during Camelot. Oswald was welcomed back, after defecting and claiming to provide the USSR with intelligence, because he was working for the Deep State. The State NEVER allows it's traitors back without consequence, unless they are working for the state.

How could any other agency except the CIA authorize the repatriation of a freaking traitor like Oswald? What was the "Deep State" other than the CIA? JFK used the CIA (or the CIA used JFK) to illegally recruit, house, train and equip a freaking illegal invasion army. I am not following that. Are you now claiming Oswald was CIA and the CIA gladly accepted him back from the USSR?

JFK had nothing to do with the Bay of Pigs preparation. Eisenhower's CIA set that up. JFK merely approved the operation, after the CIA assured him it would all go as planned. He clearly realized they had lied to him, when it all went south. He knew he could not trust those bastards and intended to terminate them, in his second term.
