The shootings by peace officers in LA & MN of men of color seem to have been the catalyst for the events in Dallas; most Police Chiefs and Elected Sheriff are looking into their use of force policies and the on going training LE personnel are required to take.

The Dallas Sheriff May Not want a race war, but his comments do more to incite one than they do to bring communities together to seek solutions to what has become a serious problem - both LE and Civilians of color are now more than ever facing mistrust by an armed demographic and both are likely to shoot first, not out of malice but out of understandable fear.

Provide evidence to indict them and try and incarcerate them. Merely going on a shooting rampage does nothing to help your cause, and in fact does just the opposite.
