A white student with the father who is an alumni of Harvard would be accepted too. It's called "legacy". George W. Bush went to Harvard, even though he had a C average. His Daddy was both a Harvard Gradulate and Speaker of the House at the time. That's the essence of "white privilege".

Except for the fact that a black student with a father who is an alumni of Harvard would be accepted too. Legacy does not have color limitations.

One of my son’s classmates scored a perfect 2400 on his SAT, maintained a 4.0+ GPA and was rejected by his first choice, Harvard.
An highspanic classmate who didn’t score 2400 on his SAT and didn’t maintain a 4.0 GPA was accepted by Harvard. The politics (and $$) of race.
Take this Hogg thing with a grain of political salt.

Did your sons classmate survive a mass slaughter and start a political movement.? Was he featured on the cover of TIME Magazine? Has he met personally with major political leaders to discuss public policy?
