Democrats take care of people who don't take care of themselves, for votes, with money borrowed from China.

And the more who are taken care of because they don't take care of themselves, the more people decide to also jump on the Federal Plantation and be taken care of themselves.

A government that allows too much starvation and want to exist is not going to be in power for long. Food stamps especially are both subsidy to the food industry and revolution insurance, neither are especially altruistic so you might comprehend the need for such social programs.
