DONE - GOING TO JAIL! -- Official: Some Clinton emails 'too damaging' to release'

The State Department reiterated Friday that "these documents were not marked classified at the time they were sent," something the Clinton campaign has been arguing the whole time. Her campaign also pushed back against what is sees as "overclassification run amok."

Friday evening's email dump contained far fewer documents than normal — just about 1,000 pages. There were no blockbuster revelations in them...

6 Takeaways From The New Hillary Clinton Emails
What part of the above do the resident extremist rw hacks don't unnerstand :dunno:

All those "top secret" emails were from Obama, that's what made them top secret....not that they were, just because they were from the president, which the public is not allowed to see, even if he was just talking about the weather.

And moron cons think Shrill is going to jail over that....BWAH HA HA!

'No blockbuster revelations'

...except Hillary ILLEGALLY having in her possession 'information so classified it can not be released under any circumstances' from programs she was 'read out of' and no longer legally was supposed to have acces to.

F A I L! :p

It's likely they were emails talking about the media talking about classified programs. Technically, even if the media has broken a story wide open, merely talking about the media doing that can still be classified after-the-fact. It's absurd, but it's how the system works.

L I N K!

The fact is details about those TS e-mails have not been released YOU LIE!

[E]He did say "indicted" dingbat.

You can indict a ham sandwich, as they say on Law and Order. Please give us a case on point where someone went to prison for merely having an e-mail someone else sent.
Many have gone to prison for compromising national security. In fact, two Jews were executed for it, which will doubtlessly bring you joy.

There's never going to be a Bill or Hillary Clinton that is ever going to end up in jail--LOL This is nothing more than a Reich wing dog & pony show.

1. She had a private server for her personal emails. The overwhelming majority of emails on this account are personal private emails. Read them you can see that.
2. There was no law or requirement that she had to do all her emails through the State Department server.
3. If she sent state documents via the server they were NOT classified as "secret" when she had them.
4. She has requested that these 22 emails are released to the public so the public can read them.

Bengazi is off the table after the EIGHTH investigation, and her 13 hours of testimony.
DONALD TRUMP showing the movie 13 hours to his supporters only reinforced that Hillary Clinton was NOT to blame for that attack. Her name was not even mentioned in the movie.

You know this continual attacking the Clinton's and investigation upon investigation for over 25 years, is not working out for the Republican Party. It's just another Reich wing witch hunt.

drip drip drip emails!

DRIP DRIP DRIP emails!

that's their whole campaign strategy...

The latest batch of the monthly releases from the State Department under the Freedom of Information Act was supposed to be the last — but it won't be. About 7,000 more pages are not ready for release yet and won't be until after the New Hampshire primary — despite a judge's orders.
The whole thing they are hanging this on-- is the thought Hillary should have been clairvoyant and know years later the CIA would look at her emails and say "you know, lets upgrade that to classified TS."

We also know, if Clinton were not running for President, and there were no powerful interests pushing for this stupid fishing expedition to bring her down, we'd never have heard about it, because this is a big tado about nothing.

There is a difference in having committed a crime and not going to jail for it. Patraeus and Holder are both examples.

Very true

It is up to the sender to be sure information is not classified. However, there is no way for Sec Clinton to know that unclassified information may be reclassified five years later

So you're saying the woman placed in charge of the state dept, people's lives, and entrusted with our national security was so incompetent, so stupid, she couldn't identitfy information so classified that none of it can be released publicly without causing serious damage to our national security?

...and you / liberals argue that she competent enough to serve as President...

:lmao:
Absolutely

There is no way for a Sec of State to know the potential security implications of the thousands of documents that cross your desk

That is why they need to be properly labeled. Why aren't Republicans pursuing the senders of those documents?

republicans are not pursuing anyone. The FBI is doing it, and they are looking at both senders and receivers. once again, it doesn't matter if the data is labeled or not, its the content that makes it classified and anyone holding a security clearance is charged with understanding what is classified and what is not. HRC as SecState should have known what kinds of data were classified.

So are you saying she was stupid or that she did not care? it has to be one or the other.

FBI is investing a potential security breach in response to Republican grandstanding

Republicans have had numerous Congressional investigations on the breach.
Why haven't they called those who actually SENT the questionable emails?
You're either delusional or a liar. The FBI doesn't investigate anything without a valid, legitimate lead / reason, and the current head of the FBI - Obama's hand-picked guy - doesn't give a damn about politics...just the law.

And, again, liberals are trying to blane someone else for Hillary's crimes.

It's the State Department's fault.
It's the Republican's fault.
It's anyone's fault except Hillary's....

:p
They are investigating a possible security breach of which Clinton is on the receiving end.....don't pretend the FBI is not political

Paper, you lie again. Thay are not claiming she should have been clairvoyant. They have pointed out / discovered she broke laws, such as failing to sugn required security documents, ordeting security markings stripped so documents could be illegakly sent via UNCLASS means, illegal handling/transportation/storage/attempted destruction of classified material, illegally being in the possession of highly classified documents, and more.

Aren't you sick by now from all that spinning?!

Who should be prosecuted......You or me?

'Of which Hillary was on the receiving end'
- the only one being political is YOU...and you are confusing Hillary and the e-mails with Slick Willey and Monica! :p

Since Hillary's subordinate have already stated HILLARY ordered classified markings be stripped, Hillary and the sender both would be accountable for breaking the law. The cecipient should be intelligent enough to recognize such highly classified info.

getting a little sloppy in your zeal..
Go easy on her. She's just a few moments from her next Benghazim.
she? " I am flattered by your infatuation / 'man crush', but I don't roll that way. I am sure there are lots of liberals out there who do, and I'm sure you will find one that suits you. I will, however, have to ask you to stop stalking me / coming on to me. It's getting creepy. If you don't I am afraid I will have to get a restraining order against you. Have a nice day, and good luck with finding a suitable partner."- queasy 65
