Yes I did but you refuse to accept the answer. The community does not own anything, the government does. We fund the government to perform tasks on our behalf. Riddle me this: If the community owns the police cars, why can't you hop in one to go to the bar? After all, if you own it, you have the legal ability to do so. The reason you can't is because you and I do not own those cars, the government does, and we fund the government to own those vehicles.
