No, they are supporting much larger subsidies for themselves and their employees so that they and their employees will be exempt from the financial impact of ACA and its higher premiums.

They want a larger subsidy for themselves paid for by us.

The Vitter bill would treat congress just like the rest of the USA. Why would anyone object to that?
