Durham report released

Okay. So what?
Trump was ridiculed by all the mainstream media for his claims that the DEEP STATE was launching WITCH HUNT after witch hunt.

He has been formally exonerated, and many of us knew Trump's claims to be true all along.

The Deep State spent millions on this. They lied to the American people, and their lies likely changed the results of the election so that a potato could be installed.

They did it again right before the 2020 election....

Regards,
Jim

So, this is your way of agreeing that there is no evidence Biden WANTED to do this.

Thanks!

Pizza time!

Have a good one
He proposed it. It stands to reason only that he wanted something which he proposed.

Forget the pizza. Try fish. It’s considered “brain food.”

Clearly you need ALL the help you can get. 👍

: Special Counsel John Durham found that the Department of Justice and FBI "failed to uphold their mission of strict fidelity to the law" when it launched the Trump-Russia investigation."

No surprise to anyone except the liars and the ignorami amongst us.
There is absolutely no reason to trust our government.

The only problem is that those who control the DOJ were in on it and there is no chance of a snowball in hell that they will even censure those who acted unlawfully, much less restrain them from other such activity.

It's a shame Durham couldn't have completed his report when we had people in government who could have acted responsibly about it.

Mueller was never trying to prosecute Trump because of DOJ guidelines. Mueller found that the Trump campaign met with a Russian spy and turned over campaign information.
And whatever he “found” he did not send on for prosecution

The so called Trump/Russia collusion phony as a 3 dollar bill like most the lying left wingers on this board pushing this total bs con job.

"Neither U.S. law enforcement nor the Intelligence Community appears to have possessed any actual evidence of collusion in their holdings at the commencement of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation," Durham wrote in a 300-plus page report sent to Congress and others and obtained by Just the News.
...
The prosecutor faulted the department and the FBI for failing to follow their own standards and allowing a probe to persist, including the surveillance of an American citizen, without basis under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
"Based on the review of Crossfire Hurricane and related intelligence activities, we concluded the Department and the FBI failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity to the law in connection with certain events and activities described in this report," Durham wrote.
"The FBI personnel also repeatedly disregarded important requirements when they continued to seek renewals of that FISA surveillance while acknowledging – then and in hindsight – that they did not genuinely believe there was probably cause to believe that the target was knowingly engaged in clandestine intelligence activities on behalf of foreign power."

Translation-
They witch hunted him
And knew they were doing it.

Durham's problem is that he's basing his report on his assessment of criminal activity and his assessment of what would be 'beyond a reasonable doubt'.

And the Michael Sussman case demonstrate that Durham's judgment on both are horrendously poor. He charged Sussman with lying to the FBI. Sussman made no false statements to any FBI agent. The basis of Durham's case was that Sussman didn't reveal what was already common knowledge and that the agent already knew.

It took the jury less than 6 hours to see through Durham's profoundly flawed legal reasoning on both what constituted a crime and what constituted 'beyond a reasonable doubt'.

And yet here we are again, with Durham's judgment on both criminality AND 'beyond a reasonable' doubt being the basis of a 316 page report.

The fact that Durham charged no one else with anything demonstrates what he thought of his own findings
in terms of criminality and the odds of successs of a prosecution.
