Heck, Ken Starr managed to convict the McDougals.
Patrick Fitzgerald Managed to convince a jury that Scooter Libby lied to the FBI.
Mueller was able to shake out some convictions of Flynn and Manafort.
Lawrence Walsh was able to convict Poindexter and North...

Durham came up completely empty, given the grandiose claims he made.
