Epoch Times - 80% Of Americans Aged 17 to 24 Are Unfit For Military Service. And 55 Year Old AR-15 Fetishists Are Our Defense Against Tyranny?

How long before 2004?
Between 94 and 2004 if they already owned one they did nothing. As I have told you before it was grandfathered.

And if they didn’t own one they could buy the following, a ban compliant AR weapon. Which functions exactly the same:

Remember, the ban was all on visual features, not function.

Acknowledge you have been answered.

you are in over your head.

That is your answer to what they did prior to 2004.

Whatever has gotten your panties in a wad.

Stoner has designed no weapon used in a school shooting.

Even under previous bans weapons were grandfathered if already owned.

The weapons being discussed are not assault rifles by DoD definition and semi autos were not designed for the battlefield.
But you can't articulate it.

One more time - your uninformed opinions are irrelevant.

No it isn't, you fucking idiot.

The vast majority of AR-15s in civilian hands were sold AFTER 2004.

Now you can go back to where you came from and tell everyone you list this argument again.
Here is your question:

What did America do BEFORE 2004?

Nothing about after 2004. I have only reposted it twice with the reply function.

Do you wish to CHANGE your question.

And of course Ar 15 style weapons were in civilaian hands. They were designed SPECIFICALLY for civilians.

And know there are at least 20 million in ctheir hands.

None of that is a lie or an opinion.

That's right, you fucking dumbass..

How did this mythical militia hope to achieve this goal pre-2004 when there were 90% fewer AR-15s in civilian hands?

They were designed SPECIFICALLY for civilians.

That is complete bullshit.

Daniel Defense posted social media ads showing its AR-15 with a helmeted soldier in a war zone under “USE WHAT THEY USE.”

Here is another link I have given you multiple times over the years. A semi auto is not an assault rifle by DOD definitio.

By DOD and the US Army semi automatics are not assault weapons.

The U.S. Army defines assault rifles as "short, compact, selective-fire weapons that fire a cartridge intermediate in power between submachine gun and rifle cartridges."[18] In this strict definition, a firearm must have at least the following characteristics to be considered an assault rifle:[2][3][4]

Rifles that meet most of these criteria, but not all, are not assault riflesaccording to the U.S. Army's definition. For example:

  • Select-fire M2 Carbines are not assault rifles; their effective range is only 180 metres (200 yd).[19]
  • Select-fire rifles such as the Fedorov Avtomat, FN FAL, M14, and H&K G3 main battle rifles are not assault rifles; they fire full-powered rifle cartridges.
  • Semi-automatic-only rifles like the Colt AR-15 are not assault rifles; they do not have select-fire capabilities.
  • Semi-automatic-only rifles with fixed magazines like the SKS are not assault rifles; they do not have detachable box magazines and are not capable of automatic fire

That is how it is marketed. And they do not have a weapon with the name AR 15. A style maybe.
