One of my best friends was a state mental health facility administrator for over 30 years. Most of the patients she has dealt with were delinquent youths. That woman has seen almost everything. Once she told me the single-most common trait shared by deviants and those incarcerated for bad behavior is that they grew up in fatherless households.
