Fox settles admitting they provided fake news about Dominion

Fun Fact: This settlement neither confirms, nor denies, any election fraud.
"In a statement sent to Newsweek via email, Fox News said, "We are pleased to have reached a settlement of our dispute with Dominion Voting Systems. We acknowledge the Court's rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false. This settlement reflects FOX's continued commitment to the highest journalistic standards. We are hopeful that our decision to resolve this dispute with Dominion amicably, instead of the acrimony of a divisive trial, allows the country to move forward from these issues."

Dollars are not evidence, if they were, it would be proof that Stormy Danials is guilty too.

But no one settles for less than half of what they were seeking if they thought they could get the whole banana.
Sure they are, don't worry Smartmatic willing get that othe 800 million. Then we got OAN and Newsmax to bankrupt. Billions of laughs coming my way.

If they were hoping to be perceived as innocent of wrongdoing, paying off the victim isn't a compelling move.
fox admitted to lying:

They admitted no such thing, liar.

Dominion settled for less than half sought as it was safer than going for it all and losing everything.
Fox paid an amount that is 10 times the value of Dominion as a company.
Loser.

Right. Like I said, Fox acknowledges that the court thinks some stuff said on Fox was untrue at the time they said it, not that THEY knew it was false or intended it with malice. In other words, Fox misspoke and was inaccurate in something they reported like every other news company on the planet.

BTW, did Dominion ever demand a retraction?

Hmm.

Those are cute words to describe fake news. LOL. You could have said it in two words.

It proves no such thing at all. Get real.

You don't get the internet?
The public thinks so. The one that has to payoff is naturally thought to be guilty. You know it, and righfully so. Don't worry about people like me. It's the public at large, and you can't change that. It was a big tenat of the OMG "Stolen Election" crowd, too. Well, sounds like that avenue of rigged machines, just lost it's tail feathers also, except to the die hards, still denying reality.:eusa_boohoo:

Right. They acknowledge that the COURT found inaccuracies in some of Fox's claims. Says nothing about Fox agreeing they were false or that they knew they were false when aired. And it says nothing about all of the other untrue crap spewed every day of the week by everyone from the MSM to the WH.

This has opened the door to suing all of the leftwing rags now, and come to think of it, we ought to start suing the WH every time it lies.
If you spent as much time thinking as you do avoiding truth with mental gymnastics, you might get somewhere someday

your link says a settlement was reached and in fact fox and fox host won’t have to admit anything or even retract any story
You should read the news:

Did a Trump supporter just talk about cults?

Yep. Takes a real CULT to defend:
  1. Military BLUNDERS.
  2. Hyperinflation.
  3. Bank collapses.
  4. Risking nuclear war over some shithole country on the other side of the world we have NO TREATY with.
  5. $5.00 gasoline.
  6. Food shortages.
  7. Rampant crime.
  8. Massive invasion.
  9. Energy costs soaring.
  10. And government spying and suppression of news and media to control the public dialog.

That means that, like every other new channel, Fox reported some things which proved later to be inaccurate.
