Fox settles admitting they provided fake news about Dominion

"In a statement sent to Newsweek via email, Fox News said, "We are pleased to have reached a settlement of our dispute with Dominion Voting Systems. We acknowledge the Court's rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false. This settlement reflects FOX's continued commitment to the highest journalistic standards. We are hopeful that our decision to resolve this dispute with Dominion amicably, instead of the acrimony of a divisive trial, allows the country to move forward from these issues."
This is all Gaslight Theatre, and you bought the first row by the foot lights.
Enjoy the show!

I hope the democrats bankrupt fox news. It will drive more people away from corporate media to more independent content creators.

WRONG. Smartmatic says they intend to sue a whole host of people and companies including Fox for a combined total of 2.7, and their entire case hinges on proving that Fox did so with intentional malice to deceive. Good luck with that.
Did this guy just say "good luck with that" to someone planning to sue Fox?

Details of the settlement to remain secret? Everyone wants to know how much the liars paid out.
Liars? Fox didn't push the lie of trump Russian collusion like abc cbs nbc CNN did. Oh and don't forget Sandman and CNN suit

No, I heard that Dominion dropped their 1.6 billion lawsuit and settled out of court for 813 million LESS in order to assure they didn't lose in court and not getting anything.
You also heard that Dominion got an amount 10 times as large as its value as a company.

Yep. Takes a real CULT to defend:
  1. Military BLUNDERS.
  2. Hyperinflation.
  3. Bank collapses.
  4. Risking nuclear war over some shithole country on the other side of the world we have NO TREATY with.
  5. $5.00 gasoline.
  6. Food shortages.
  7. Rampant crime.
  8. Massive invasion.
  9. Energy costs soaring.
  10. And government spying and suppression of news and media to control the public dialog.

You are giving examples of the dumbest of the dumbest.
They fall for every hoax and
Applaud like semi trained seals

The public thinks so.
The public are idiots. Half of the public have an IQ of 85 or below.

The one that has to payoff is naturally thought to be guilty. You know it, and righfully so.
If 30 years of calling Fox "fake news" hasn't hurt them still being by far the #1 cable news channel, now you think this will? :laughing0301:

It was a big tenat of the OMG "Stolen Election" crowd, too.
You must mean ther 2020 election ADMITTED STOLEN in print in bold detail laid out in Time Magazine giving all of the names of the players. You must mean THAT fake fraud honest stolen election!

I can't explain what never happened except in your booze-soaked brain, but I sure can explain your pathetic retarded comments!
Oh it happened alright, you really did claim that 780 million was only to cover Dominion legal expenses.

It's true, you really are that stupid and desparate to not admit that FOX's melicious election lies finally caught up with them to the tune of 780 millions.

$787.5 million.

:yes_text12:

Plus, no chance to appeal, so Dominion is gonna get PAID!

:TH_WAY~113:
Its a win for the good guys...the same way a baseball team wining an inter-league game in May is a win for them. A year from now, FOX will still be trading in lies. Nothing will change.

The only long term benefit is that FOX and others may not go down the "voter fraud" road again in 2024. If they do, they won't go as hard and as heavy as they did in 2020. There will be other completely fabricated ridiculous nonsense made up by the network and the talking heads but they won't mention any specific company. Those who do so will be doing it at their peril. So that is a good thing.

Oh it happened alright, you really did claim that 780 million was only to cover DOminion legal expenses. It's true, you really are that stupid.

  1. Dominion had massive legal costs. The settlement goes towards paying that off so they lost nothing.
  2. They were less than positive about winning the 1.6B in court.
  3. They and Fox agreed to settle for 787 billion that way Dominion gets something and Fox saves something, and they both share the losses and rewards while eliminating the risks.

It's funny seeing so many stupid statements from so many people who believe they are experts on everything.

Fox settled for 3/4 of a BILLION dollars for two reasons: 1) They were losing badly 2) Testimony in the trial would have done even more damage to their brand.

But don't let me interrupt your frantic turd polishing.
