You are still trying to say that A&E suspended dickhead for his beliefs. They did not. They suspended him for saying stupid shit. Now.....the case you mentioned.....is not as cut and dried stupid. So I went with the LEGAL angle. In most cases, a company can fire you for just about any reason. Of course, the dismissal is subject to litigation.....and might be overturned. But they can drop that hammer on you for shit like that.

in some states they can fire you for any reason they want I'm sure it was a violation in his contract most shows have them ... they are paying you to perform in your show, not to give your opinion ...

I absolutely agree that A&E had the right to fire or suspend him.

If you want to think that (a) you have no choice but to punish people who disagree with you, and/or (b) that your opinions somehow deserve the light of day more than someone else, there's not much I can do about that.
