Georgia has indicted Trump and 19 others on a number of Charges including Rico violations. This is the most the serious indictment facing Trump because Rico violations carry a minimum sentence of 5 years. Secondly being a state prosecution like New York, Trump can not shut it down nor pardon himself If elected and convicted

Surprise, surprise, another Democrat indictment. Trump will eventually be exonerated based on violations of Equal Protection under the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Oh, there is a God!

Moved to Law and Justice, per board policy on trump indictment threads
So the "board" doesn't think these indictments have anything to do with Politics? Or are they being moved to Law and Justice to give them more credibility?

AL CAPONE - Ran gambling rackets, Prostitution rings, Bootlegging, Bribery, Narcotics trafficking, Robbery, “Protection” rackets for many years, and a Murderer many times over. Finally brought down by the fed with 2 INDICTMENTS.

DONALD TRUMP - President of the United States who questioned and opposed the most bizarre, suspect, irregular election in all of history for the good of democracy after those stealing it ADMITTED to engineering it so he would lose! Finally charged on 99 INDICTMENTS so no one but a democrat ever challenges an election again. :smoke:

Some people cannot separate politics from justice. Oh, well.

However, you wish to look at it. As Trump's legal charges mount up in multiple courts of law at multiple levels and jurisdictions, it became apparent, these legal matters needed a place to be discussed and decision was made. I didn't come up with it, but did approve when consulted for opinion. We were instructed to start making the change a few days ago, when it was posted in announcements and feedback.

Do not respond to this post here, as it is not this thread subject. Either contact a Mod or take it to Announcements and Feedback.

Given the timing and obvious collusion involved in these indictments, they should be moved to Conspiracy Theories.

Thing is Wood--- 99% of everything here has something to do politics! By using the many categories here, it better breaks down, organizes and distributes the many topics here, otherwise, what is the point in having them? Trump's indictment may hinge on politics but ARE essentially a LEGAL process.

So that doesn't bother you?
It bothers all of us who do know the Laws of the US, to see Justice being trampled on by Trump, his lawyers, his followers, and his voters.

And the results are lawyers who have nothing to show any court in order to exonerate him.

Not before 1/6 while the lawyers went to Republican and democratic Judges, not to the majority Republican Supreme Court.

No matter how many times the law does work, Trump cries fowl because it makes him closer and closer to prison for the decisions and actions he chose to take after the 2020 election.

Trump is not being political here, he is being desperate to not end up in prison since he lost he election because remaining President would have kept him out of prison as it did during the first and second impeachments.

Now, why does it continue to NOT bother so many voters that he has politicized his bad decisions and actions in DC, Florida and Georgia which were nothing more, nothing less then criminal actions?

Be it Republicans or Democrats or Republicans the laws are the same. Any Democratic ex president who had done exactly the same and taken the same decisions and actions would have been indicted all the four times Trump has so far.

The phrase is:

NO ONE is above the law.

So, let us follow the laws of the US to their conclusion, since Trump had a very hard time doing that.

Cry conspiracy all you like.
Do not read the indictments, do not look at the evidence, it does not matter.

At least 48 Grand Jurors saw the evidence and voted on it. Citizens who upheld the law of the US.

Obviously Hillary, Benny Holder, Lois Lerner, Joe Biden, and Harry Reid are. :rolleyes-41:

Oh, and who was the female head of the DOJ after Holder had to step down? Her too, faggot.

Surprise, surprise. Not. Trump will be convicted in all four trials. He will go to a George State Prison without his secret service detail.
