ISIS hasn't been defeated and this is going to take some doing because in their wisdom our asshole western leaders allowed ISIS to become the wealthiest, largest and best promoted terror group on the planet.

All because our idiots wanted to turn a blind eye to ISIS becoming Numero Uno so they would take out Assad for them. Putin is still seriously doing damage and he freaking has to keep the fight in Syria so it doesn't come back to him in Chechnya.

He only got involved because Chechen terrorists pledged allegiance to ISIS and pledged 16,000 warriors to ISIS.

Putin's main objective has been largely preserving Assad's evil regime. Thusly, huge majority of Russia's actions have been against the moderate rebel forces and the citizens of Syria.
Since the Russian commercial airline attack, Putin may have upped his attacks on the IS, which had been Russia's secondary target.
I wonder how many more Syrians Russia has killed versus IS terrorist?
