That said, you may want to try drinking large amounts of pro-biotic supplements such as Yakult, and taking pro-biotic capsules, because it is clear that your gut bacteria is very out of whack. The flora and fauna in your gut comprise about 75% of your immune system, and right now you do not have enough of the "friendly" bacteria to wipe out the bad guys, which is probably a major reason why you are experiencing some inflammation in your "exit region".
