yeh, that's the big picture answer.. But when you watch a lot of bad news or potentially bad news on a regular basis, it's kind of hard to sort out what EXACTLY is making you... more irritated than usual..

Usually you can just pinpoint at what part of theday you began to feel ticked off at everyone/everything.. That's what I did to find out it was that Brunson decision by scotus that got me in a mood.
