if you dont try and take care of your self it aint shit.....What kind of right is it?
Imaginary. What kind of right is it?
So you can't answer..Ron Reagan passed a law saying sick have to be treated even if they don't have insurance.
So yeah, that's kind of a right .
Imaginary. What kind of right is it?
Health (and also health care) is no more a right than food or shelter.
We need them all to survive. But government, whose job is to protect our rights, has no business running our health care, giving us food, or building us houses, using money taken from taxpayers to do it.
Liberals, whose goal is to expand government and get as many people hooked on govt programs as possible, love to pretend health (and health care) is a "right", and fool as many people as they can into believing them. Then they can expand government hugely, make health insurance mandatory (as Obamacare did, a failure), and take vast amounts of money from people who earned it and give it to people who didn't, thus buying the votes of the latter for all eternity.
The fact that such a program is unconstitutional, doesn't matter to them.
Let me repeat the OP for the brain deadSo you can't answer..Ron Reagan passed a law saying sick have to be treated even if they don't have insurance.

The subject matter relates to philosophy and societal values, not a pissant slice of easily change-able law to lean upon...Ron Reagan passed a law saying sick have to be treated even if they don't have insurance.
So yeah, that's kind of a right .
Excepting epidemics and plague, not really......Health ties into public safety .
