They are called 'suspects' for reason. Clinton is right and good on her standing up to people like you. You call them illegal because repeating a lie enough times makes it true to you.

Yes, its part of the technical legal system...however, when someone NOT born in this country enters this country in violation of existing US Immigration Law they are not 'SUSPECTED' Illegal Immigrants. The very FACT that they are standing on US soil without having gone through the legal process and not having the proper paperwork eliminates the 'suspect' part.

Yes, a serial murderer, pedophile, and rapist is considered by the legal system as a 'suspect' until being convicted, which still does not take away from the FACT that whether you are convicted or not - if you did the crime you ARE a criminal. GUILTY people are not convicted all the time. The fact that they are not convicted does not mean they did NOT do the crime.

Case in point:
During the L.A. riots years ago a black rioter pulled a white truck driver out of his truck, beat him, picked up a large brick, slammed it down on the truck driver's head, and proceeded to dance around the man in celebration....ALL ON VIDEO. Later the mixed-race jury did NOT find the man guilty of the crime of attempted murder which the prosecuting attorney went for...one black juror responded to questions about the outcome by telling a reporter several of the jury members found him innocent based on the fact that 'A BRICK IS NOT A WEAPON'. (NO SHITE - I WATCHED IT ALL ON TV.)

So are you telling me that this man was innocent of criminal activity?
