Hitler, Fascism and the right wing

We still haven't seen a response to this question either, Bill?

I don't understand why anti communism means that they are anti socialist to you guys....that seems to be a hang up for you....you need to understand that international socialism isn't the only kind of socialism and that the national socialists are socialists...they just hated the nationals socialists....one, because they didn't care about the people of other countries being a part of their socialism, unlike the internationalists, and two, hitler didn't like the international socialists because many of them were jews...in name only and not belief or practice and for some reason he hated Jews....

Right.....so you didn't just post that Communists slaughtered the Jews? Now they ARE Jews?

Watching you post is like watching ten blind raccoons play Twister in a tornado.

So were 'international socialists' Jewish, or were they slaughtering Jews. You have claimed both.

And both were true....the Jews in international socialism became victims of the anti semite stalin...who was a socialist....karl marx and engels hated jews as well.....hmmmm...wasn't marx a Jew?

So again....besides marx hating Jews...how does hating Jews make one not a socialist? You still haven't explained that...

Still...how does hating Jews mean that they weren't socialists....you never get that point....socialists come in a variety of flavors....and adopt aspects of the culture in the country they are in....it is nothing but a cosmetic difference that seems to be confusing you....try to get past it....

It's actually very simple - and also explained in the OP.

Communism, by and large, supported the rights of minorities, hence we saw Jews, Kazaks, Armenians, Georgians and Azeris in senior positions in the USSR and other communist countries.

Fascism, being rextremely right-wing, rounded up minorities and shot them. This occured in ALL Fascist countries, to some extent. Particularly antizigaism is a key feature of any extreme right-wing government.

Attitudes towards racial minorities is a classic determining feature of left/right administrations.

This is not to say that racism does not occur in communist countries - of course it does - but it is not an ideological platform.

And both were true....the Jews in international socialism became victims of the anti semite stalin...who was a socialist....karl marx and engels hated jews as well.....hmmmm...wasn't marx a Jew?

This is gibberish.

Please try to post in proper sentences.

Begs the questions: Are the people who say they believe Fascism is not right wing stupid or dishonest? Which has greater influence in determining their half wit responses, are they ignorant or disingenuous?

Are the twits who believe that nazism, communism and fascism are actually different things rather than just different styles of socialism products of a democrat controlled education or suffering from a genetic problem where the rational part of their brain is abnormally small and underdeveloped....since truth and facts can find no home in their heads.....

You have failed completely to substantiate any part of your hair brain premise. There are no actual historians anywhere who concur with your alleged view.

Dude...you don't even see it....socialists in Germany targeted Jews and other minorities....communists/socialists in Russia targeted kulaks, a "class" minority....they both targeted minority populations...they just picked different victims....

and the socialists in Russia killed a lot more since their minorities were based on "class" and not race....

You still don't even see it do you......try harder....

see, that is where you fail because the truth...and facts...."doesn't care about (your) superficial interpretations..."
There are no legitimate historians anywhere who would concur with your alleged view. Fascism and Nazism were right wing, ultra conservative, bottom up, populist movements. End of story. There never was any actual controversy on this point.....never could have been.
I largely agree with you in these posts Discom, but then you say "bottom up" and "populist"...WTF.....do you not agree that Hitler got his start as an agent for German military intelligence? Hardly bottom-up,.....Now I can see why you could say he appealed to the populace but that defines almost all politicians to a certain extent, and would be a misuse of the word populist.
To a certain extent political definitions will always be distorted.
Communism for example at its base seems to indicate rule by the commune, i.e. small, limited government.
So Communism = Conservatism
Wear a helmet, falling off your tricycle left you concussed

Does. Not. Compute.
So to pull a Jonah Goldberg, Communism = Conservatism :)

Embrace your Uncle Adolf as one of the 20th Century's Greatest Progressives.

You really are a very stupid little man.

Are Stalin and Mao considered left wingers or are they also Conservative right wingers?

If you're going to lie, go for it all

Karl Marx - Wikipedia the free encyclopedia

Karl marx....a Jew...check...

Karl marx....a socialist....check

Karl marx...hated jews...check...

Karl marx...thought some "minorities" couldn't catch up to the historic curve of communism....check...

Karl marx....believed in exterminating these minorities....check....

Try harder....

Karl Marx was born on 5 May 1818 to Heinrich Marx and Henrietta Pressburg (1788-1863). He was born at 664 Brückergasse inTrier, a town then part of the Kingdom of Prussia's Province of the Lower Rhine.[20] Ancestrally Jewish, his maternal grandfather was a Dutch rabbi, while his paternal line had supplied Trier's rabbis since 1723, a role taken by his grandfather Meier Halevi Marx.[21]
Karl's father, as a child known as Herschel, was the first in the line to receive a secular education; he became a lawyer and lived a relatively wealthy and middle-class existence, with his family owning a number of Moselle vineyards. Prior to his son's birth, and to escape the constraints of anti-semitic legislation, Herschel converted from Judaism to the Protestant Christiandenomination of Lutheranism, the predominant sect in Germany and Prussia at the time, taking on the German forename of Heinrich over the Yiddish Herschel.
[22]

From my post on page 112...on marx's hatred of Jews....of which he was one....

following passage is from Marx but it could just as well have been from Hitler:

"Let us consider the actual, worldly Jew -- not the Sabbath Jew, as Bauer does, but the everyday Jew. Let us not look for the secret of the Jew in his religion, but let us look for the secret of his religion in the real Jew. What is the secular basis of Judaism? Practical need, self-interest. What is the worldly religion of the Jew? Huckstering. What is his worldly God? Money.
Very well then! Emancipation from huckstering and money, consequently from practical, real Jewry, would be the self-emancipation of our time.... We recognize in Jewry, therefore, a general present-time-oriented anti-social element, an element which through historical development -- to which in this harmful respect the Jews have zealously contributed -- has been brought to its present high level, at which it must necessarily dissolve itself.
In the final analysis, the emancipation of the Jews is the emancipation of mankind from Jewry".
Note that Marx wanted to "emancipate" (free) mankind from Jewry ("Judentum" in Marx's original German), just as Hitler did and that the title of Marx's essay in German was "Zur Judenfrage", which -- while not necessarily derogatory in itself -- is nonetheless exactly the same expression ("Jewish question") that Hitler used in his famous phrase"Endloesung der Judenfrage" ("Final solution of the Jewish question"). And when Marx speaks of the end of Jewry by saying that Jewish identity must necessarily "dissolve" itself, the word he uses in German is "aufloesen", which is a close relative of Hitler's word "Endloesung" ("final solution").

So again....why does being anti Jewish...as marx was, make hitler not a socialist but has no bearing on marx being a socialist?

Can you guys answer that?

Why is a hatred of Jews, as both marx and hitler were, make hitler not a socialist, but allows marx to be a socialist...and stalin....?

You guys are blinded by superficial differences while the underlying truth, that hitler was a socialist and a leftist eludes you....

Even your nazi historian...franz fisher..or whoever that guy posted from....can't even create a real argument debunking that hitler was a leftist and a socialist....

If all of your nazi historians are like that your case is really a fail....

Says who? Go read a book is an evasion not an answer. Quote the author, chapter and verse where he or she claims right wing means racism and that it naturally means minorities were rounded up and shot. You are sooooooo full of shit.

if right wing means racism....why did marx and other communists want to kill so many minorities....oh....they didn't want to kill them because of race...they just wanted to kill them for something equally stupid...their "class" and their inability to catch up to history in time.....

Again...superficial differences that throw you guys for a loop....
