For decades we have been warned you do not get something for nothing. We massively built up our human infrastructure while letting our physical infrastructure decline along with farming out for our goods. We in affect have been living beyond our means. China is building a mean military. with purpose and resolve. They have married communism and sweat shop capitalism. And have endless potential workers to do it with. East Asia is a powerhouse that will take over for us within a couple of decades. And if we are all lucky the transition will be of peace. For usually the power switch means wars. We had two with Britain submitting to the United states and we are English speaking and have a relationship with each other. East Asia is not that cozy.

I try to be optimistic sometimes. Trump may win again and pull the plug on a lot more DNC corruption mechanisms as well as actually get some of them behind bars.
