I have a question, to feed homeless people in america, how come cities don't plant ...

Some towns do this Bear. Others do not want the hassle of picking up fruit, have it rotting or falling off and hitting someone in the head. I think its a great idea and if no one is picking the fruit because they are not sure if it is allowed the cities could have one of its charities get the fruit or nuts.

Apple and pear trees in their parkways?

Because it is a good idea! For some reason no one likes them any more! That and the right is worried we will hire some mexicans to pick them for us. The left is worried about some thing in the issue. I will let you know when I figure out what! Oh I know it would be an exclusion of the other trees! We can not have trees being disciminated against. The whole left thing right thing has gone to a point that next to no one makes sense any more!
