I was thinking white girl at my job was racist but it looks like she has no social skills

Nothing wrong with having a crush on your boss...
Also nothing wrong with having a relationship with your boss if mutually agreed upon with no agendas.

And if the relationship broke apart. What do you think will happen to the boss and the company they work for? Lawsuit.
Having a crush to your boss or employees is normal that doesn't mean you go offering them favors. You just have to keep your feeling private and professional.

No doubt it could get complicated. Haven't you seen West Side Story though? ... when loves comes so strong, there is not right or wrong... anyway, I guess you could always find another job then date your boss :)

only crony-ism is inappropriate, dear.

No. A boss having sex with an employee is inappropriate too.
why do you believe human sexuality is "wrong"?

I don't, and have not said that I do.
why do you believe human sexuality is "inappropriate"?

quibbling with irrelevant terms, mr.diversion?

I am not quibbling with irrelevant terms. You are inventing what you want me to have said.

A boss having an affair with an employee is inappropriate because of the power he has, the upheaval and discontent it causes with other employees, and because it goes against company policies.

It is not about the sex itself, but about the relationship.
i got it right the first time: only crony-ism is inappropriate, dear.

Find me a company that allows bosses to fuck their underlings. I doubt there are any. So, aside from the other reasons, it is against company policy. That makes it inappropriate.

I thought she had something against tall black men since she never turned around to face me when I went to her cubicle to ask a question. But I found out from this other black lady that she does the same thing to her when she goes to her cubicle. But she is not racist because she is very chatty with one black girl at the job so she is just ignorant.

So instead of me saying this and losing my job I rather pretend that she doesn't exist

"Can you please turn around and face me like a normal person when I am asking you a fucking question you dumb bitch"

lol

It's just common sense to turn and face someone when the person come to your cubicle.
What makes you think she owes you answers?

Did she invite you to her cubicle for a Q & A session? Or were you just rudely intruding?

her position is for problem resolution and if she can't handle it she needs to quit
. Omg there goes the irony meter again.
Equality demands that the Person who can handle the heat the least, put their shoes back on and get out of the kitchen.

I my case; it is why i believe in honesty and female bosses simply informing me when it is my turn, and when it is not.

what? a Firm in the private sector claiming to have some sort of "police power" over freedom of association and contract? how Socialist.

When relationship broke apart a very smart girl will file sexual harassment. These happened many times. Most scenario the girl will stay and keep her job but the boss will lost his or her job. Plus settlement with the girl. It's not a good idea going out with the boss.

Maybe YOU will screw your employee but it's a very bad idea. A decent boss will never go that.

Maybe you work in the environment that do not have rules like third world countries? That is why you have such fucked up opinion.
If I found out that one of my executives are going out with their subordinates. I will find a way to terminate both or just my executive.

Sounds like a totalitarian dictatorship. You are only paying for a work ethic.

I was sued because of such behavior and so is my other friends that own business. This very common and is always a very bad idea to have such a relationship.

Did you fuck the chick or do you own a business and a supervisor harassed someone?

Nope. Sexual harassment. The victim sued her director and me. I did not actually fired him. I asked him to resign after 18 years of employment.

I wish but I will never dare in that direction. In reality I don't put myself in a position that I get cornered. We did took a short seminar as a precautionary so I or WE do not get victimize.

did that former employee actually like her job and you are sure it was not just a ploy to "extort" money for sex.

Yes she likes her job but can't tell if she did it for the money. It was defenseless. They had a relationship for almost 3 years.
