If RvW Is Overturned

Maybe. But man was still FORMED, and had breath, before he had LIFE, according to the Bible.

A human foetus, is a human life.... without the stages of zygote, embryo, foetus, etc. there would be no humans walking today....that's understood....

But we don't count as "a life", until we are born, and taken our first breath. If a baby is born and does not ever take its first breath, it is considered still born.

A human sperm is living as well as a human egg. The instant they meet there is human life. That's not a form.

Funny, Hitler said the same thing about non-Aryans. Personhood is NOT assigned. it is automatic upon conception.

I disagree. Every person born since Adam had a mother to give them life. It's part of why there is an umbilical cord. Since the baby can't breath in the mothers womb, it brings all the life giving necessities to the baby.

The baby is not dead until it breathes its first breath, it's alive, in the womb, and the umbilical cord gives it what it needs until it can do its in its own.

You would think so, but in the legal sense, it is not....

as examples:

A fetus isn't counted as a person in your household during a census,

the parents can't deduct their fetus as a child in their household on their income taxes, until they are born,

a welfare mother can not increase her check amount, with an added person/child, until her fetus is born.....

So, whether we agree with it or not, under the Law, a fetus does not have personhood, as a baby does.

Neither did a Jew, Roma, political opposition, nor non Aryan in Hitler's Europe.
