And of course giving rocket guidance technology to China was a winner too.

Clinton and Obama were a lot alike in that aspect. They believed giving away technology secrets to our enemies would make them play nicer. Of course they did not believe that......they wanted to make our enemies on par with us, and elevate them. Strange way to show you love America
