No one is above the Law and no one is below the Law.
If partisan "Lawfare" was used that violated Trump civil rights the USSC should be sure that his rights are protected, similar to the CO case where they accused him of "insurrection" to keep him off the ballot.

Here are the legal issues that could be appealed.

Rushing through a SCOTUS decision before it’s gone through regular process would be blatantly partisan electioneering.

1. The partisan NY legal system is the problem. The sooner it gets to a real court the better.
2. We really should have a definitive decision before election day. Its not rushing, its preventing election interference.

Why would we need a definitive decision before election day on his guilty verdict but not the remainder of the very important charges pending against Trump?

1. Because the democrats didn't file the charges on time. They had years to file J6 or classified document charges, but waited for the last minute to hurt Trump in the election. Shit happens. Next time don't wait until the last minute.
Besides, Nancy's recent video proves she was responsible for not having the National Guard there on J6.

2. The Bragg 34 count conviction has several obvious legal flaws that need to be resolved before the election so voters know the truth.

Trump’s cases are being artificially held up by his conservative justices.

These judges appointed by Trump are in no hurry to resolve his pending legal action, so why should they act in a hurry to resolve his concluded trial?

Doing so would demonstrate a political bias in favor of Trump.

They were told in February.

Are you ok?

We went over this already.
Why was there a denial by Merchan for defense's request for a listing of those charges? It's right from your sourced link.

1. We all know Bragg's charges are bullshit, and Merchan managed the bullshit verdict as seen in Turley's critique'. An appeal to the USSC and an overturn puts justice back in balance.

2. Trump may have presidential immunity. We'll see how that plays out.

3. So when you push partisan "Lawfare" don't be surprised when they push back.

3. So you are now saying that you want SCOTUS to act in a blatantly partisan manner.

That’s really very sad for you to say. Why would you abandon our country’s principles for Trump?

So you want the democrat's partisan "Lawfare" to succeed?

Principles? Like election interference in a Banana Republic?

Turley thinks the USSC won't take the case until after the NY reviews, which will be well after the election.

Democrats cheat again...

It would be election interference for the conservative judges to hurry up one case for Trump and slow down the rest.

I don’t see why you think it’s important this case be resolved but the others shouldn’t be. You’re very inconsistent here.

1. Most of the cases are "Lawfare" in order to stop Trump from running, or hurting his chances. Only the classified documents case has some sense of legitimacy. But even then Biden's classified documents case was waived because of his age, so Trump's should be as well for the same "mishandling" crime.

2. The conservative judges didn't "slow down the rest", those cases should have been brought years ago, to whine now that they are being slowed down for legitimate reasons is their own damn fault.

3. The hush-money felonies are going to be overturned, voters should know that before the election.

Conservative judges have been slowing things down, intentionally.

If these cases are lawfare, then you’d want them resolved before the election. But you don’t, because you know that he’s in the wrong.

The voters should know if Trump is responsible for attempting to deprive citizens of their constitutional rights or if he attempted to obstruct justice.

But you don’t want them to know that.

There's never been a ruling on this, only in civil suits. It's overdue.

Why would you abandon our country’s principles for Trump?
Our country's principles have been trashed by the progressive left democrats. What's your point?
