Using a Teleprompter and/or earbud during the process of doing your duties is good because operating as a team makes you more efficient, and we want the best you can be, which is better as a team.

But during a Debate it should be illegal because we are voting for the person, not the team. We need to know the person is competent to do Their duties and not some robot doing what they're told.
