Agree, the dem House will not pass a remittances tax. The globalist members of the GOP House wouldn't pass it either. Nevertheless, its $3b a year there for the taking, WTF? IMHO that remittance money should be spent in the US creating more jobs and income, instead that $138b a year is being sent out of the US. I can't think of one reason for a congressman to vote against his constituent's economic welfare, and generating more revenue.
