Kyle Rittenhouse was driven off stage by Black Lives Matter protesters last night during a planned speech.

The 21-year-old, who was acquitted of murder for shooting dead two people at a BLM rally in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in 2020, was addressing students at the University of Memphis.

The speech was a stop on his tour for conservative group Turning Point USA, focusing on the Second Amendment, and 'the lies of Black Lives Matter'.

Here's a better question. Why would kids at a college who worked very hard to get good grades and get accepted into College want to hear anything from a high school dropout that we only know about because he gunned down two unarmed men in the street?

Well, first, if you actually lived here and not on the St. Petersburg Troll farm, you'd know that MAGA types engage in violence all the time against people they don't like. Charlottesville and January 6 come to mind.

Most sensible people see the Rittenhouse trial as a vast injustice. A man guns down unarmed people in the street and can walk away from it?

I also didn't see anything violent there. A pretty sedate crowd, if this was the worst they could find out of what must have been hours of footage.

Final point, the principle of BLM is still valid. The police should not brutalize black people, and the police should be held accountable when they screw up.
