He patiently explains God's rules to the workers and if they disobey enough on key concepts [like safety in the workplace, sexul harassment etc.] they're "fired" and there's nothing Jesus can do about it, unless they repent and go through seminars on workplace safety and sexual harassment in order to get rehired.
