There have been thousands of people charged with falsification of business records. It's one of the MOST COMMON charges used in New York in fraud.

Name one other person who has gone lead 7 corporations into bankruptcy. Name one other person who has been involved in over 4000 law suits, and LOST most of them.

NDA's are common actually. Who forged what books? Trump put down the NDA as a legal expense. Claiming THAT is a cover up is laughable! What was he supposed to do...put it down as "Payment to porn star to keep her from embarrassing my family"? You obviously don't grasp what NDA's are for!

NDA's are common, but not NDA's for porn stars to keep quiet, are neither common, nor legal if done for illegal purposes. This is the first one I've ever seen. If I want to buy your company, I get to look at your books, but I can't tell anyone what was in your books, because I signed an NDA.

I've signed an NDA for every job I've ever had, but I've never signed an NDA to cover up a crime.
