There was a plaintiff, a 13 year old boy. Retrying the case in your head with the testimony of phantom plaintiffs makes you sound as stupid as Obama analyzing the last election based on the people who didn't vote.

In a court of law, there are 4 main parties..
Judge
Jury
Defendant
........and....can you guess?
What happens if you don't have viable plaintiffs with real cases? Because the real ones have been bought and paid for to the tune of nearly a quarter $billion dollars?
