Several threads on this subject already. Multiple problems with this narrative. First and foremost a pay CUT is a reduction in either your hourly rate or your salary. That is not what this is about, so as usual we have the Left creating a false narrative.
For example If your boss reduces your Christmas bonus from 1000 dollars to 500 dollars or chooses not to give you a bonus, that is not a pay CUT.
In my career I have worked overtime for free, for a capped rate LOWER than my straight rate, at straight rate and for time and a half. Every company is different and if you force legislation on companies for all of them to pay time and a half it won't end well for the workers.
