That percent would decrease even more if women were more responsible. Using birth control instead of raw dogging it, not sleeping around, chosing to not have sex until they are ready for a baby and so on.

When you engage in risky behavior there is a risk. So how do you decrease the risk? You take measures to decrease the risk.
