Missouri Lawmaker Brilliantly Proposes Bill To Regulate Guns Like Abortions

Last I checked there wasn't anything about the right to an abortion in the Constitution.

There is something about privacy.

Which is what Roe V Wade was decided on.

Since you have no clue what the 4th amendment says I'll post it for you:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects,[a] against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.[2]

A woman has the right to be secure in their person. houses, papers and effects. That includes medical procedures.

We also have specific laws about medical privacy.

But then you know all this and choose to ignore it.
