I could be wrong, but she was the one who made the decision on which applications they would verify. The buck stopped with her.
My recollection was that there was a hearing and at least several IRS executives plead the fifth and then, when it was Lois' turn, she plead the fifth and then gave a speech about her innocence. You may recall Devin Nunes than claiming that she violated the fifth by making her statement.
In any event, you don't believe that the IRS and the government at large is filled with leftists that seek to undermine the democratic process in favor of the Democratic Party?
