It was "thoroughly documented" that Hillary illegally used a private email server and illegally had classified docs on it.
But she was not prosecuted since there is no precedent for prosecuting politicians who have the interests of the country at heart.

What you seem to fail to understand, is that no one has ever before even considered prosecuting people for the things Trump was impeached or indicted on.
They are totally and completely out of the norm to prosecute.
Joe did a million times worse by extorting the Ukraine to not investigate Hunter.

Jack Smith said it was illegal for Trump to have classified docs after his term expired.
And that clearly is a total lie.
All presidents are supposed to and required to keep classified docs after their term is over.
And the authority to do so comes from them giving copies to themselves, while president.
No one else can ever get any say over what any president does with any classified doc.
Ex-presidents watching over their copies of classified docs is how they keep new administrations honest.
That is what presidential libraries are for.
Obviously Jack Smith is lying because he is claiming that ex-presidents could not legally access the copies of classified docs in their own presidential libraries.

Asking for an investigation is not "telling" anyone to "go after" anyone.

The POINT is Burisma Holdings was required to be investigated, by law.
And Joe Biden and congress both illegally prevented any investigation of Burisma Holdings.
And in fact, there still have NEVER been any investigation into Burisma Holdings.
Which clearly is illegal.
