Obama is the worst leader in history

Without the super committee, the spending cuts start automatically in January of 2013.

When the Bush tax cuts expire in December of 2012, Obama won't allow them to be renewed.

Spending cuts + a return to the old tax rates = deficit reduction.

Congress has been taken out of the equation. No treasonous Tea Party/Republicans to mess things up.

Another brilliant move by Obama.

America has had some strong presidents, real leaders, some almost exceeding the presidential power we were accustomed to, and those we accused of being kings and dictators. Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, FDR, Jackson, Truman, and a few others come to mind. All kings and dictators, but not Harding or Grant and a few others.

Barry ran his school newspaper.

Lincoln ran a grocery store, and Lincoln never made it to the Senate like Obama.

and Bush ran a failed oil company.

As long as we're making comparisons.

Unless you're got $250+ million in assets, 4 homes and need an elevator to sort your fleet of cars (like Romney), Obama is the only real choice the rest of us have!

Don't be silly. He signed every budget in question.

Doesn't change the reality of it.

The reality of it is he is held accountable, as every POTUS has been before him.

Sucks to be a Community Organizer without the skillset to lead the nation.

You are joking, right?

George W. Bush inherited a strong economy, a budget surplus, and a nation at peace.

Eight years later, he left Obama with a shattered economy, a trillion dollar deficit, and two useless wars.

Obama saved the country from another Great Depression, rebuilt GM, reformed healthcare, reformed Wall Street, doubled the stock market, created 10 straight quarters of GDP growth, created 27 straight months of private sector job growth, got Bin Laden, got Gaddafi, and got us out of Iraq.

And now with the automatic spending cuts and the expiration of the Bush tax cuts in 2012, Obama has solved the deficit problem as well.

Obama has done a very good job.

Yes, but he was Abraham Lincoln.

Obama couldn't run a girl scout troop.

Not at all. Republican Presidents are held accountable for their share of the Democrat Congresses who racked up 90% of our National Debt, are they not?

You mean the oil company he doubled the value of when it sold?

LOL

In 1982, Arbusto became known as Bush Exploration, a year after George H. W. Bush became Vice President. A friend of the Bush family, Philip Uzielli, invested $1 million in 1982 in exchange for a 10% stake in the company, at a time when the whole company was valued at less than $400,000. As it neared financial collapse again in September 1984, Bush Exploration merged with Spectrum 7 Energy Corp., a company owned by William DeWitt and Mercer Reynolds. Bush became Chairman and CEO of Spectrum 7.

I mean the business he went into with the Bin Laden family and then had to be bailed out of by daddys rich friends not once, but twice.

The Pre-Pelosi Era will be remembered as the good old days.

Prior to her taking charge, we had virtual full employment, a record 52 months or job growth, record DOW, record tax receipts to the Federal treasury, record GDP, and EVERYONE paying a lower tax rate to the Fed than they did under Clinton, even though the rich paid a record amount and a record share of that amount AFTER the Bush tax cuts.

ahhh. the good ol' days.

Did I say that, cheesedick?

yes...you did.

No. I didn't.

Up your game.

The 30 year period after world war 2 was the period America rose from a middle of the pack nation to a superpower. You refered to that period as an anomoly and that we should return to historical norms which says NOT THAT PERIOD.

Therefore, you are advocating a return to a period where America is NOT a superpower and there is no strong middle class. So Plutarchy or Fuedalism? Which do you advocate?
