I think everybody knows that Tater's just a ''face,'' Sue.

The smartest thing for the people who are actually running things can do is string him along from the darkness of Washington shadows and write his speeches and hope he doesn't screw up the telepompter in the mean time.

And then they'll ditch him at the convention.

Biden is a decent human being who cares about Americans who are not rich. Trump is a dishonest, foul mouthed, adulterous bounder. He only cares about himself, his relatives, and his rich friends.

Unfortunately, nice guys often come in last.

Biden needs to ask himself if he had a bad night, or if that is the best he can do. If that is the best he can do he owes it to the Democratic Party and the American people to withdraw and open the Democrat convention to another choice. Kamala Harris has worse polling numbers than Biden, but there must be an experienced Democrat politician who can give Trump a contest.

Biden does not need the money. He deserves a comfortable retirement.

Yep that is a distinct and leading possibility. Also that they found out some states, by state law, will not accept a late switch unless there's a death, etc.
