Officer Chauvin files for an appeal

Chavin did nothing wrong. Floyd stuffed himself full of deadly drugs and killed himself. The medical examiner found no evidence of strangulation or asphyxia. Floyd had arteriosclerotic and hypertensive heart disease, fentanyl intoxication and recent methamphetamine use. Chauvin had no way of knowing Floyd was overdosing. The only reason he was found guilty is because of anti-white-cop racism. Cops are taught that if someone is talking they can't be experiencing strangulation. Dr. Baden (the second examiner hired by Floyd's family) said that is not true but Chauvin is not a doctor.

Ok. Link to the ME report. The one that shows cause of death. And the ME you are talking about said that the positioning was bad. As a Doctor he would not advise someone to do it. Further he would not advise someone to remain in that position after the suspect lost consciousness. Further he would expect that someone would have done CPR. Shall I continue?

Fentanyl kills thousands of people every year.

Why is fentanyl so dangerous? - Drugs.com

How does fentanyl kill you? Most people die from respiratory depression and failure from an overdose of an opioid like fentanyl. This means breathing stops altogether, and they cannot …

The "other significant conditions" listed by the medical examiner were "arteriosclerotic and hypertensive heart disease; fentanyl intoxication; [and] recent methamphetamine use."

The problem here is you do not "get it."

Chauvin KNEW that Coroner would rule he did not kill Floyd.

That Coroner had cleared Chauvin at least 6 prior times Chauvin killed someone.

Chauvin's "platoon" = Minneapolis GOON SQUAD

Good cops deserve to be defended. Chauvin is not a good cop. He is a politically enabled goon murderer thug and he chased Jesse Ventura years ago. Doesn't like 911 truthers....

Chauvin worked at the same night club as Floyd, yet the media never covered that at all.

That night club is a super elite bar for the political kids and rich kids and Chauvin was there to make sure the cocaine and whores never got "loose." He was paid a fortune for that, the real payoffs for his murders that the Coroner cleared.

Nobody wanted that Coroner fired = WHY - BLM never called for the Coroner to be replaced.

Defending Chauvin is like calling the USS Liberty an "accident..."

Chauvin's attorney, William Mohrman, argued Wednesday that because video and reports of Floyd's death were so widely publicized, kicking off nationwide protests, the jury was essentially 'poisoned.'
The defense is also demanding that the court assign a new venue for a new trial.
Chauvin was sentenced to 22- and-a-half-years in prison for the murder of Floyd, and last July, he was given another 21 years on federal charges of civil rights violations.
'You can't hold a trial in a community where the jurors are looking at the possibility of a riot in the event the jury acquits the defendant,' Mohrman said.

April 19 (Reuters) - The judge overseeing the trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin on Monday harshly criticized U.S. Representative Maxine Waters' remarks on the case, saying she might have given the defense grounds for appeal in the event of a conviction.
Hennepin County District Judge Peter Cahill said during the closing moments of Chauvin's trial that it was abhorrent of Waters, a Democrat from California, to tell protesters it would be unacceptable for the former officer to be acquitted of murdering George Floyd.

comment:
Officer Chauvin did not get a fair trial.
The racist Democrat Congresswoman Maxine Waters tampered with the jury by going to Wisconsin and making treats of more Left-Wing violence if she was not satisfied with the verdict.
It was a politically motivated verdict.
If it had not been an election year and if George Floyd had been white people would have never heard of him.

Officer Chauvin definitely has a point there. I'd have a hard time acquitting him if I lived in Hennepin County and knew what kind of rioting would occur in the event of an acquittal.

The case should have been sent to International Falls or other less BLM-oriented jurisdiction if they wanted a fair jury.

Good point. The two men involved knew each other well.

This could be both incriminating or exculpatory, but why wasn't this relationship even addressed during the trial?

If Floyd had killed Chauvin's dog, or fucked Chauvin's wife, or vice versa- it would have provided context.

Floyd overdosed.
Chauvin is innocent.
Waters intimidated the jury.

Care to weigh in on this BackAgain since obviously your brethern and you disagree on this...right?

I'm guessing you'll forget about your "Nobody supports Chauvin" rant from yesterday.
Weigh in?

Don’t you grasp that it can be simultaneously true that the cop shouldn’t have had his knee on a suspects neck for so long AND that the suspect dies of other causes?

That hardly constitutes support for Chauvin.

"Chauvin is innocent" doesn't constitute support?

You should check with some of your other identities and take a poll.

I read media reports on that. The reports said that they didn't know each other. Not only did Chauvin and Floyd work different shifts, but Floyd worked outside basically parking cars and Chauvin worked inside in case trouble broke out in the bar. If they did run into each other it was a Hi/ bye type of thing. No relevance to the case at all.

The trial was not only unfair but unconstitutional. Every American has the right to a speedy trial with an unbiased jury. There is no way anybody that accepted the position as a juror did so without having a preconceived decision before the trial even started. Nobody in their right mind would have voted not-guilty for fear of their life or their family.

The trial should have been moved 50 miles out of town where the lowlifes could not be a threat to any jurors. Whether he was guilty or not is always debatable, but at least let the man have a fair trial.
