This election in the GOP side is played by Ryan's Rules from now on.

Ryan is wrong on the issues and a reactionary nitwit, but he at least had the good sense to serve the people and pass legislation reflecting an understanding of sound, responsible governance.

If rightwing loons aren’t careful they’ll get their wish: Ryan will indeed go and be replaced with a democratic Speaker.
